FAQs About Using Shazam on PC

1) Why does the app say that I’m offline when I’m actually am online?

The first step is to check if the issue also applies to other apps on your Android emulator. If the problem only happens with Shazam, check if you have updated it to its latest version. You can also force-quit the app. Otherwise, connect to a different internet connection.

2) Why did my screen turn grey?

Unfortunately, Shazam currently has no fix for this issue. The company said that a bug-fix will appear on the Google Play Store, so your best option is to just wait for the next app update. Likewise, you can restart the app if it does happen after you choose the ‘Play All’ option.

3) Why can’t I find the option to delete my account?

It’s because the option is on their website. But first, you need to log out of your account. After that, go to this link and click ‘Delete your account here’. You must then verify your account and wait for 30 days for the whole process to be completed.
